Cajas

Cajas is a series of wall-mounted light objects from CAJAS, our first studio collaboration with Shuko-san of Mano del Sur. The collection comes from a shared appreciation for craftsmanship in Japan and Mexico, and a mutual love for cajas (boxes) as forms used throughout art and design.

Each piece is crafted as a light box in cherry wood and finished with a hand-stitched fabric surface, available in four patterns: Caja y Caja, Shark Teeth, Arrows and Leaves. Unlit, it reads as a quiet sculptural panel; when switched on, the LED light reveals depth and texture, creating a warm, ambient glow.
