Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Lighting fixtures (non-custom)
  • Objects and home accessories (non-custom)
  • Clothing (non-custom)

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:

  • All custom-made furniture
  • Custom art pieces
  • Custom lighting fixtures
  • Custom objects and accessories
  • Custom clothing
  • Personalized items

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be free from damage, stains, or alterations
  • Not show signs of wear or use

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all voluntary returns and exchanges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping are the customer's responsibility

Casa Ysasi Responsibility:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs if:
  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • There was an error on our part

Refunds vs. Exchanges

  • Refunds: Original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Exchanges: We'll send out the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original return
  • Refund Processing: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at casa.ysasi@gmail.com or info@ysasigallery.com with photos of the damage
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Send a replacement item at no cost to you
  • For custom items, we will remake the item to your original specifications

  • Receive Instructions: We'll send you return instructions and address
  • Package Securely: Pack item(s) in original packaging when possible
